20 lbs of Tomatoes

Not quite ripe, but lots of possibility.  Any ideas?

    Just found your blog from a post on Bountiful Baskets. (Just found that this morning too!) I'm hoping to give it a try.
    If I had 20 lbs of tomatoes I would can salsa!! Haven't done it in years and would like to again!
